Refund Policy

Cancelled orders, require 72 hour notice from the scheduled delivery day for a full refund.

  • Sunday delivery must be canceled by Wednesday at midnight.

  • Wednesday delivery must be canceled by Sunday at midnight.

Orders cancelled 48 hours or less will not be eligible for a refund, as your order will have already been submitted to our kitchen team for fulfillment. 

 

Subscription meal plans must be canceled prior to your payment being processed. If subscription is not cancelled before bank draft, and you do not receive your order, you will receive your refund as store credit.
